As a naturopathic doctor within the healthcare field, I really value the wellness of my team. And, as a small business owner, I also understand that employer-sponsored group health options are difficult for small business owners to afford.
At Northwest Life Medicine Clinic, we choose to work outside of the insurance model so we can offer our patients the quality care they deserve. When we put our heads together to think of how we could create an affordable health care program for small businesses in our community, we came up with the Life Medicine Plan for Teams - a way for employers to offer budget-friendly and customizable health care options to their employees, without the obstacles of insurance-based plans. We believe employee health can be an accessible option for employers and that healthy, happy employees are the foundation of thriving businesses. We’re here to help support the wellness of your whole team.
We offer three tiers of Life Medicine Plan for Teams annual plans, each with the support of an attentive team devoted to sustainable solutions (show individual plans). Employers pay for their chosen plan per employee and on a monthly basis. And, there’s no financial risk—employers can cancel their employee plan at any point and any unused funds will be refunded in full.

What’s included in the Life Medicine Plan?

Our basic annual wellness plan.
$95/month per employee

A comprehensive wellness plan with extended employee services.
$130/month per employee

Our most extensive employee wellness plan.
$165/month per employee

Your employees can opt to establish themselves as naturopathic patients and/or utilize any of our adjunctive services - like massage or acupuncture. Each plan comes with flexible wellness points that can be used towards any of our services— your employee gets to decide what best supports their health and wellness.
We offer several supportive services at our clinic, which points may be used towards, including:

Massage
Neurofeedback
Wellness Coaching
Craniosacral Therapy
Nutritional Counseling
We also offer biofeedback, personal training, sound therapy, and more!

When we first onboard your business, our Life Medicine Plan coordinator will do an orientation with your entire team. We are happy to come to your business annually to re-orient your team as needed.
As you continue to hire employees, we will talk with them one on one about how to use their plan.

If any employee leaves your business before their annual plan expires, you will receive a full refund for any unused portion of their plan.

We gladly accept credit or debit payments for automatic monthly payments. We will set your business up with automated monthly payments for each employee plan.
If an employee opts to purchase services or supplements beyond their plan, we will take their credit card information for payment.
